Hello We found the rooms on the second floor below ground, emitting a musty odor, and lacking air conditioning. We asked the hotel for a refund so we could move to another hotel, but they refused. They asked us to check with the Trip.om . We were unable to sleep until the morning. Now, please contact the hotel to refund our money and apologize to us beuase the rooms being unsuitable for even five minutes of sitting. You can go to the hotel and see for yourself. We intend to file a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism because the hotel is completely unsuitable for accommodation in the rooms located in the basement... on the second floor underground. Thank you

untuk pemesanan di Aplikasi ini sangat mudah, *NAMUN* saya sangat Kecewa, pesan 5 kamar yg 1 beri sy kamar dan Bed yg sangat kecil,,, dan ke 5 kamar tersebut, Air WC Semua macet, dan tidak TERSEDIA ember dan ***ung, akhirya saya minta 5 ember 5 ***ung, itupun harus menunggu lama karena tdk tersedia,,, Air PANAS Tidak ada, Air keluar kecil, Air minum 3 kamar ada 2 kamar tidak terdeia Air minum,, mohon kedepanya agar di jaga untuk kebutuhan Air WC dan juga Air minum, krn itu penting. saya sangat KECEWA,, Pesan jauh-jauh hari,,jadwal masuk jam 1 saya datang jam 6, teryata harus menunggu juga karena Area kamar belum SIAP...!
